What does it do with dangerous calls?
Burning smells, sparking or a hot panel get one instruction: turn off power if it is safe and call 911. Then it texts you an urgent alert.
Can it book estimates only, not repairs?

California is an all-party (two-party) consent state for recording phone calls: everyone on the call has to know it is being recorded. Hazel says "this call may be recorded" in the first sentence of every call, before recording starts, and you can turn recording off in Settings.
