The math on one missed call

What counts as a minute?
Time the receptionist spends on a call with your caller, rounded up to the next minute per call. Spam calls, wrong numbers it flags as spam, and calls under 20 seconds are free. Test calls from your dashboard are free too.
What is the spending cap?
Extra minutes stop at a dollar cap you choose (default $75). At the cap, calls ring your phone or go to voicemail until the next month, so a busy month never becomes a surprise bill.
How does the refund work?
Cancel in the first 7 days with the "Cancel and refund" button in your dashboard and every charge is refunded automatically. No forms, no questions.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Monthly plans, cancel any time; service runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Do texts cost extra?
No. Lead texts and owner summaries are included at normal small-business volumes.
