Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Phone Front Desk, a service operated by Ratio Visuals LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

AI Phone Front Desk provides an AI receptionist that answers phone calls and text messages for your business, books appointments, takes messages and sends you summaries. It is an automated system and can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing bookings and messages and for the information you give it.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to use the phone numbers you connect and to forward calls to us.
• You will not use the service for telemarketing, robocalls, debt collection, emergency services, or anything unlawful.
• For lead texting, your web forms collect clear consent, as our form does, and you honor opt-outs.
• You will not use the service to collect protected health information, payment card numbers or government ID numbers.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Minutes beyond your plan are billed at the listed rate up to the monthly cap you set. You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment using the in-app button, all charges are refunded.

Phone numbers

Numbers we provide are released when your subscription ends. You can keep your own number at all times by forwarding it to us.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed calls, lost business, or the content of AI responses, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before a claim.
