AI Phone Front Desk is an artificial-intelligence receptionist. Here is how it behaves on every call.

• It says it is an AI. Every greeting introduces the receptionist as a virtual assistant. If asked, it confirms it is an AI and never claims to be human.
• Recording notice. When a business keeps recording on, callers hear "this call may be recorded" before anything else. Because several states (including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington) require all-party consent, we announce recording on every call in every state.
• No outbound robocalls. AI Phone Front Desk only answers calls and replies to people who contacted the business.
• Emergencies. It is not an emergency service. Callers describing danger are told to dial 911.
• No advice. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and does not take payment card details.
