It asks what the client wants done and books a consultation or the right length of slot from your service list.
Can calls be recorded in Texas?
Texas is a one-party consent state, so a participant can record a call. Callers often phone from other states, though, so Hazel still says "this call may be recorded" at the start of every call, the safe pattern for all-party states like California and Florida. You can turn recording off in Settings.
Will it book in Houston time?
Yes. Your line runs on Central Time, so every slot Hazel offers and every summary you get is in local Houston time. It answers around the clock, including the 118 hours a week a typical salon is closed.
